People who would like a career path in supervisory or managerial roles. The Certificate III in Frontline Management is designed to develop the knowledge and understanding which underpins managerial competencies and identify and develop existing managerial strengths. This course results in nationally recognised qualifications for the individuals and is a substantial development for the organisation.

There are a total of six (6) units:

Four (4) units must be chosen from the following core units:

BSBFLM302A Support Leadership in the Workplace

BSBFLM303A Contribute to Effective Workplace Relationships

BSBFLM305A Support Operational Plans

BSBFLM311A Maintain Workplace Safety

Two (2) units must be chosen from the following units:

Participate in Work Teams

Provide Workplace Information and Resourcing Plans

Deliver and Monitor a Service to Customers

Support Continuous Improvement Systems and Processes

Support Innovation and Change

Support a Workplace Learning Environment

Recognition of Prior Learning or Recognition of Current Competencies
Based upon your previous work experiences and/or training, you may be eligible for recognition for prior learning (RPL). These schemes may entitle you to receive credits for particular units within the Diploma in Frontline Management program, or other Certificate or Diploma level programs.
