Project Management |
|
People who have to organise and manage projects on a small scale or on a large or complex scale on a regular basis. This would include engineering, local government, construction, contractors, mines and contract managers. Projects might include: environmental plan implementation, shutdowns, commissioning, system and process development.

There are nine (9) units that must be completed as below:
1. Introduction to Project Management 2. Scope Management
3. Time Management 4. Cost Management
5. Quality Management 6. Human Resources Management
7. Communications Management 8. Risk Management
9. Contract and Procurement Management
Depending on the size and complexity of your two (2) work-based projects
that must be completed before competency, a Certificate IV level or a
Diploma level of Project Management will be achieved.
Recognition of Prior Learning or Recognition of Current
Competencies
Based upon your previous work experiences and/or training, you may be
eligible for recognition for prior learning (RPL). These schemes may entitle
you to receive credits for particular units within the Project Management
program, or other Certificate or Diploma level programs.
